SLOW U – FEEDING BABY THE “SLOW” WAY

Chef Galen Zamarra, Slow Food member and Chef of the SFNYC Snail of Approval winning restaurant Mas (farmhouse), is a new Daddy!  Galen has turned his estimable culinary talents to making his own baby food for his own (very lucky) kid. For Mas, Galen searches constantly for the best, seasonal ingredients our region offers. At this SLOW U seminar, Galen will talk about his ingredients and recipes, demonstrate his techniques, and take the fear out of feeding real, home-made, “slow” food to baby.
