FamilyCook Productions and event sponsor EmblemHealth present Teen Battle Chefs from 3 Harlem public schools.  The cooking teens will face off by presenting healthy and zesty African American- inspired recipes on stage before a live audience who will text-in their votes for best presentation.  Emcee Star Jones will share her personal nutritional health challenges & keep the teens on their toes as they cook under pressure before a live audience.  Celebrity Judge Chef Marcus Samuelsson of Harlem's Red Rooster will reveal the secret ingredient. The exciting event will take place at the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture, 515 Malcolm X Boulevard on Wednesday June 6 from 6-8 pm.
