Rolling New York pastures have been the grazing land for beef, dairy cows and other livestock for centuries; but New York City is only recently developing an appetite for “pastured” meat and poultry. What is the outlook for getting this product from New York farms to professional and home kitchens? Can happy cows keep our farmers and chefs smiling…and vice versa?? Our panelists will talk about animals, taste, infrastructure, regulation, and of course, economics. How do we get this industry to grow? Note: This is a free first come first serve event so please arrive early!
