Since it is back to school month, our September Open Networking Meeting will be a discussion centered around parental engagement in nutrition through schools. What are schools and organizations doing to encourage parents to make good decisions regarding their children's food consumption? What are best practices for engaging parents around nutrition issues? What are possibilities for the future? Find out the answers to these questions and more from our panel of speakers who are working in the field of child nutrition.
This conversation will be moderated by Elizabeth Solomon, Program Manager of Eat Well Play Hard for the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH). Panelists will include:
